SHILAJIT RESIN | 0.7 oz / 20 g

The traditional concentrated form of shilajit. Dissolve a pea-sized amount, approximately 300–500 mg, into warm water, herbal tea or milk once daily. A 20 g jar typically provides approximately 40–60 daily servings depending on serving size.

How to Use

Liquid Drops: Follow the bottle directions. One full dropper provides approximately 333 mg of shilajit.

Resin: Dissolve a pea-sized amount, approximately 300–500 mg, into warm water, tea or milk once daily.

Do not add shilajit to boiling liquid. Store the resin at room temperature away from direct sunlight and moisture.
