Please Read Our Shipping Policies:
All orders are Processed within two to four business days once they have been placed. Keep in mind that we are a small family business that also has a farm with animals and small children. We appreciate your consideration.
It is very important that you supply an email address in order to track your purchases.
When it has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Once your order leaves The Hippie Farmer, it becomes the property of the Post Office and they will be able to inform you where your order is and if and when it was delivered to your address. Your tracking number will assist you in getting this information. Checking with your local post office will be your responsibility.
For Our International Customers:
Please be aware that The Hippie Farmer is not responsible for any custom fees or import taxes you may incur during or after shipping, such as (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc).
Liability of Lost Packages:
Please be aware that The Hippie Farmer is not liable or responsible for packages that tracking states “Delivered“ or “Notice Left”.
Farm Stand Pickups:
Our farmstand is the small white stand directly in front of the road signs. Our outside property, the farm stand, including the barn-store, are all surveyed by cameras.
Your package will be out in the farmstand according to the date of your pickup choice. Orders are available for pickup anytime after 12:00pm on the day you have requested. You will find your order inside the stand on a shelf with your name on a bag. Orders not pick up on their scheduled day will be placed in the farmstand each day until pickup. If your order has not been picked up within 60 days, it will be taken out of the farm stand and is nonrefundable .
If your order is not picked up on your scheduled date The Hippie Farmer is not responsible for product damaged by inclement weather. Soap tends to sweat if left outside in humidity. It will dry once in your home.
All products purchased at The Hippie Farmer are nonrefundable and non-returnable. Please research the products you are purchasing to make sure that they are right for you.
