Why Use a Tongue Cleaner?

Tongue scraping helps physically remove that buildup instead of simply brushing over it.

How to Use

After brushing:

1. Stick out your tongue.

2. Place the curved edge of the cleaner toward the back of your tongue.

3. Gently pull it forward toward the tip.

4. Rinse the cleaner.

5. Repeat 2 to 3 times.

Use light pressure. Tongue scraping should feel gentle and comfortable.

Rinse thoroughly with warm water after each use and store in a clean, dry place.
