Suggested Use

Follow the directions on the individual bottle for your selected mineral.

For most Eidon 2 oz concentrates, the manufacturer recommends 30 drops mixed into at least 8 oz of water or another liquid. Iodine is more highly concentrated and has different dosing, so follow the iodine label specifically.
