Raw Goat Milk Ice Cream

Do you love ice cream as much as we do?

We sure do — and when it's made with our own raw goat milk and fresh free-ranged eggs from the farm, it's even better. Below is the simple recipe we use all summer long, plus a quick dairy-free version you’ll love just as much.

RAW GOAT MILK ICE CREAM

  • 4 cups raw goat milk (cold)
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 TBS arrowroot powder
  • ¾ cup sugar (or ½ cup honey/maple syrup)
  • 2 TBS vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Mix all ingredients in a blender and pour into an ice cream machine. DO NOT heat the ingredients — keeping them raw preserves the fresh taste and nutrients.

DAIRY-FREE VERSION

For a delicious non-dairy alternative, substitute with:

  • 3 cups oat milk
  • 1 can coconut cream
